The design process is tailored to each client and will vary depending on your requirements.

Initial Meeting

An initial meeting on-site to go over your project and gather the necessary information in order to progress with your project.

Fee Proposal

A fee proposal will outline the costs associated with producing your design drawings for your project. Costs vary depending on the level of detail involved and are priced accordingly.

Design

The initial concept plan shows the overall layout of the design indicating particular elements, surfacing, and planting without going into full detail.

A meeting in person or online, to go over your concept together. This provides an opportunity for you to give feedback on the design in order to create a design that you are happy with.

Final Plans

The plans are updated with the necessary changes to produce your final set of Master Plans which are more detailed by specifying materials, plants, and any necessary technical information to convey the overall design. These finished working plans will be used for the next stage in installing your project by your contractor.
